Pain in early pregnancy

Hi I'm 21 years old and I just found out I'm pregnant with my first baby I have been having a pain just under my ribs right in the middle for about a week now and down near my appendix has a ultrasound to make sure it wasn't serious but they didn't check the top of my belly just under my ribs and I'm still having this pain I'm only 6 weeks anyone know what It could be ?

Round ligament pain or gas. I actually had them check for appendicitis for me in my first pregnancy as well because it hurt but as long as they say baby is looking healthy, it sounds pretty normal!

Well it could be all of your organs moving so the baby can grow properly. Your uterus is expanding and your organs are moving so the baby can grow. It should stop when the changes lighten up.
