My husband was so scared. My mom's words were well what's done is done nothing we can do about it. But they got over it and my daughter is 2 now and we are expecting our second child this time we had our daughter tell everyone she was going to be a big sister and things were much better this go around lol they will get over it. You just come out and say that you are pregnant. When I told my dad he was livid but now he is buying everything for my son even before he has arrived. It took two days for him to get over it!! They might be mad initially but they eventually get over it and embrace the little one

Make it a point to them that you have been responsible for yourself. That you live on your own and have a full time job. You have been able to make good decisions so far and that they need to trust you with this one as well. Good luck though. I know it's hard. I dealt with the same thing.
