I had sex with a girl, i used a condom the first time, then the second time i did not, but i did not finish. this was in March 29, 2008. This was the only time i ever had sex with her. 1 weeks later she said she missed her period and thought she was preg, (but stated she had taken the morning after pill the next day of sex). She then states she had the baby early due to complications, she gave birth on Nov 15, 2008 @ 37.5 weeks. The baby is now 2yrs old and looks nothing like me, she refuses a dna test, cz she says i know its mine, but i dont..by the dates given could this be my child?

Where did she get the timing of 37.5 weeks when she had the baby on November 18?  Even if early (since a full-term baby is 40 weeks) she is giving you a count that indicates she was two weeks pregnant when you had the sexual encounter on March 29.  However, to be clear and legal, you should get a DNA test.  Even if it takes a court order, since she is not letting you do it while still claiming the baby is yours.  At the least, she can explain to a judge why she keeps telling you that the baby is yours but not letting a test be made.

You can buy a dna test that you can do right at home. They sell it in many drug stores . From what it sounds like the baby doesnt sound like its yours, sorry sweetie. Hope everything works out for you.

Hi!
I suspect your "friend" was already pregnant when you had intercourse with her.  If she truly believes it is your child, she will happily submit to a dna test.  No reason NOT to do a test from your standpoint.  If you like her and the child, why not be a father to the baby?
Sounds like the baby could use a father regardless of the genetics involved.

I do not think so. Insist on a dna paternity test even if you have to get a court order. Based on the facts you presented she could be BTW 30-32weeks when the baby was born if its yours. Best wishes.
