Please Help

I went to the doctors last thursday 18th he did a pregnancy test and he said he believed 95% that i was pregnant he couldnt be 100% cause the line was there but not strong enough so he believed i was pregnant just not far enough to tell 100% yet. on the the 21st i had one spot of blood once that day that was it. so i made another appointment to get tested to find out a 100% on the 22nd but i had drank to much water and my test was diluted so it couldnt be done. starting yesterday tho i started bleeding but nothing bad only a little bit of blood when i wiped, but now the 23rd theres more blood but still only when i wipe i left a pad on all night and the nest morning no blood. i was due for my period the 19th or the 20th. I was wondering is this suppose to happen or can it happen or should i be worried the doctor was wrong and it is my period. If i am pregnant i will be 3 weeks and 3 days. someone please help.

Hi!
IF you were my patient, I would run some blood tests.  I would check a beta hcg today and then repeat one in 48 hours.  This will tell you whether the pregnancy is developing normally, or is miscarrying, or whether this is just your period, and not a pregnancy at all.  Blood tests are accurate at lower levels than urine tests, so they would be best in a circumstance like yours.  If your pregnancy is normal, the level should  double (approx ) within 48 hours.  If it is dropping, it usually means miscarriage, but I would also want to rule out a tubal pregnancy.
Good luck!

Implantation bleeding can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Let me ask you this. What color was the blood? Was it a light pink/light brown/black color? It should look like old blood, and there shouldn't be much of it .... as long as it isn't bright red or a flow like a regular period. Personally, I think this doctor is a quack. If you take an hpt and the line that detects the hcg is very light, that just means that you are early in your pregnancy. But a positive is still a positive. Plainly saying, there is no half-pregnant. There is no 50% pregnant or 72% pregnant or even 95% pregnant. There is either pregnant or not pregnant. Just because you're very early in your pregnancy, a faint line shouldn't matter. If it shows up, that means you're pregnant and what you're experiencing is probably implantation bleeding. Just be sure to keep tabs on it. If it increases or changes to bright red, that's when you need to worry. Good luck!
