I had sex with a girl with a condom. before ejaculation I completely removed my penis from her vagina. I didn't hold the base of the condom when I pulled out and the condom was half off of me with the final withdrawal. I then quickly removed condom completely and ejaculated on her stomach. I am fairly confident no semen got near her vulva, more around belly button area... but you never know... Any risk of pregnancy here?

Hi Dr. Brown!! I'm about 5 wks pregnant, and I'm on Oxycodone 15 mg 4 times a day and have been for almost 3 yrs now. I'm curious as to the effects this pain medication will have on my baby!!! I have talked to doctors and went on websites and was told that there are no adverse effects done to the fetus...Is this true??? If not, can you please explain to me the risk this medication will have on my baby??? I am a first time mom and I'm very worried and freightened for my baby...Thank you so much for you time!!!

Even if the condom works 100% correctly, there is still a chance.  You are probably OK, but if I were the girl in question, I would invest in Plan B--the morning after pill.
This can be used up to 96 hours after the "fact".  If she is over 18 she can get it without a prescription from the pharmacy.
