Pregnancy Sex.

So I know it's safe to have sex while pregnant.
I know your sex drive can drop while you're pregnant.
But I'm kinda lost inbetween all of that.

I'm 31w3d for starters.

Like, I *WANT* to sometimes, but I don't because I hate the way I feel after we're done.
I get LOADS of extremely tight braxton hicks contractions where I can't even stand up straight cuz it just will not allow me to.
My cervix area hurts afterwards.
I get this wicked pressure like somethings pushing down really hard on my cervix area and inside my jaybird.

I'm nauseated. I get a headache sometimes. I get the chills and I feel weak.
Actually come to think of it, other than the BH and the pain in the cervix, I actually feel like I'm coming down with the flu after we're finished.

I dunno what's wrong with me.
Things hubby would do to me that would NORMALLY turn me on, just doesn't work alot of the times anymore.
It's like there's no spark between us anymore.
Which is totally not the case because I crave him so bad sometimes and I love him to pieces. I am still VERY attracted to him and love every moment I am with him intimately or not.
But it's like once it finally comes down to actually "doing it" or him trying to get me in the mood to do it, I just can't seem to get myself going and actually perform.

It's very dissapointing to him because I tell him we can try, and I end up not being able to.

He can't be ontop of me because jr in there gets in the way, so we've had to resort to the "behind" position and that can be very hard on me. Not to mention my hips like to pop outta socket on me and ruin EVERYTHING when we're in that position.

I just want to be able to please him like I NORMALLY could.
Aswell as do good on my behalf.
Sex is the best stress reliever and what's the point where sex itself is stressful!?
lol!

Any tips or ideas that could help with my situation or any positions that you girls have had an easier time with while pregnant?

Don't give up trying, LOL When I was pregnant with my son, my DH and I tried every position possible to try and make it comfortable and easy. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, but you know what worked for us....laughing. I know it sounds strange, but when things didn't go quite as planned, we would actually laugh about it. It lightened up the stressful feeling and it made us both feel better about it.

The spoon position worked better for us the later I was in my pregnancy, but I do understand those BH contractions you were getting. I got them very bad near the end every time we would have sex. Just try not to let it worry you too much and like I said, when things seem the worse, just laugh about it and try again.

Oh, and that puppy next to stallion thing, now that's a mental picture, ROFL

LOL We're all women here don't be shy!! lmao!

I often have a very hard time ontop because for one I have the shortest stubbies legs like EVER and sometimes I'm able to get them around him, and sometimes I'm not. I really can't explain it. lol
I tend to get alot of ligament pain for some reason when I'm ontop.
Ontop of that his uh, well his "Mr." isn't exactly little.......... it hurts really bad if he puts too much in.
LOL sorry for TMI!!!

My hips are in very poor condition.
Lately I've been able to feel and sometimes even HEAR them popping and grinding every time I move.
I think I may have bersitis and something wrong with the padding in my joints inside my hips.
It always seems to get worse while I'm pregnant and it all started when I was about 5 months along with my daughter.
It got ALOT better after I had her, not completely, but ALOT better. Then it started right back up a few days before I found out I was 12 weeks with this one.

I'm beginning to think I'm doomed to ever have sex comfortably while I'm pregnant.
Thankfully it's not a long-term problem!! lmao

Cindie~ I'll have to try that chair thing!!! hahahahaha

There's always being on top like smjmekg said, also something I LOVE with my DH is him sitting on a chair (kitchen chair with no arms on it) and I straddle him.... lol srry for that mental pic.

BTW, I thought it was funny I told you before your alot like my best friend... well she is 5'2 and her hubby is 6'3 or 6'4!!!

Luckily DH and I are close in heighth, he's only 2 or 3 inches taller than me (about 5'10-5'11)

Have you tried on top? It was difficult, but it worked sometimes. Or you can try leaning over something, him behind with you both standing...DH is 6'6 and I'm 5'4, so I know where you're coming from, exactly. We're both a whole foot and two inches shorter than our husbands, lol.

Lol standing positions are almost impossible for us cuz I'm 5'4" and he's 6'3"
lmao
It's like standing a puppy next to a stallion.
hahahaha

You could try spooning or even standing with him behind you (if he is not too tall that is) or you on your side and him like he would be with him ontop but your legs go sideways. Haha, I cant beleive I am typing this, lol. I hope you get the picture, lol:)
