Your meds are not safe during PG ! Maybe Prozac as far as anti-depressants go, but even then not so safe, the Tegratol, I would say absolutly not, Call your doc ASAP! everything you take you are passing on to the baby, be careful.

Male sperm swim more quickly than female sperm but die faster. Female sperm swim more slowly and live longer, so yes you have slightly increased your chances of conceiving a girl. Sex on the day of ovulation is more likely to conceive a boy.

I would ask a doctor about your meds. If you take medication in early pregnancy it can cause miscarriage or disabilities and that is not worth risking.. Early pregnancy is when all the vital organs form.

I don't believe those ares safe meds during pregnancy...call a pharmacist and then talk to your doctor about your needs for the medication vs. the dangers.

I tested positive at 10 dpo...take a test!  Good luck!

No matter how and when you have intercourse it won't lessen or highten your chances of having a baby girl. All that is just myths. It depends on wether or not the sperm that fertilizes the egg was X or Y chromosome, not the timing of conception. As far as Zoloft goes, I heard that it was safe during pregnancy, but every doctor reccomend different things. Im not sure about the tegratol as I have never heard of it before.

And yes you can have pregnancy symptoms that early, I started having nausea and morning sickness when I was only 3 weeks pregnant, it all depends on how sensitive your body is to the HCG hormone.

Good luck!
