Prenatal Vitamins

I've been so busy this week, I have had trouble keeping up with taking my prenatals a couple of days(Monday and today, Friday). When I forget, I would usually just double up on the next day... but idk if I should do that, as I read that it could be harmful to baby. What do you ladies think? Is it okay to miss a day? I definitely have to start getting it together again! I have a well-balanced diet and I ate well today, Dairy, whoke grains, fish, fruit & lots of calcium and protein; which is good, and that makes me feel better because I know that prenatals are a dietary supplement
I haven't had this problem with forgetting to take them during my whole pregnancy :( before now and I'm upset. 8½ months ❤ Baby #1

I am off and on with my prenatals they make me really nauseous this is my 3 pregnancy and I didn't really take them much with my daughter and she's perfectly fine. Just try and remember. Also doubling up is very dangerous I do no suggestions doing that.

I think your baby is fine , if you've been taking your vitamins for 8 and 1/2 months straight and you miss a few days I don't think anything will go wrong.  Some people go a whole pregnancy without taking prenatals and their baby come out happy and healthy.  So I think you are fine.
