Prenatal Vitamins?!

Just received my vitamins today and these things are HUGE! I am not a pill taker, it's always been hard for me. Any suggestions on maybe seeing if I can switch them out, have any of you done that? If not, how do you ladies take them??

Be careful if you have low iron like I do. If you get gummies, Most gummies don't have iron in them.

I take spring valley prenatals. I got them at wal mart for about 12 dollars. They're easy to swallow and I didn't get sick from them. :) You could try them.

I have ob complete petite that aren't too bad. My doctor prescribed those after I complained that I couldn't get the other ones down.

That's exactly what my boyfriend & I called them,, "Horse Pills!" These things are ridiculous and I need my baby to be healthy! I have to stop by tomorrow, I'm gonna see about switching them out so I can start taking them ASAP, I'm already 6 weeks!

Prenantals are horse pills lol. I usually drink a little take it drink more and toss my head back. When I ran out my doctor gave me free ones and they were a lot smaller. Maybe look into brands and see if you can switch them or ask your doctor about which ones are smaller.
