You need to eat every two hours even if you are not hungry.
i'm 8 weeks as well!! as the other mom-to-be advised you, drink a lot of water and eat any time your body tells you to. This means veggie, fruit, crackers (for nausea), etc.

If you were my patient, I would advise you that low blood sugar was probably the reason for your symptoms. It is fairly common during pregnancy. One thing you can do is avoid high sugar foods ( such as sugar cereals, etc) or combine them with some fat such as cheese or peanut butter. You can also keep something on hand to snack on such as Cheerios or Goldfish crackers. Milk is good to bring the sugar back up when it has dropped too low. If this happens frequently, or if you are at high risk for diabetes, you might want to mention it to your doctor as you might need to be tested for diabetes.

You have to eat every time you feel it ...I'm 8 weeks too ..baby some nutritious food like fruits and vegetables and you will be fine :).
