Stress, Exercise, or Pregnant?

So I've been stressing like crazy the past week because December 4 my boyfriend and I were fooling around, but his penis only touched the outside of my vagina and didn't ***. But I'm not sure if there is precum, but anyways I thought I finally got my period on the 10 (around the time I was suppose to get it) and I think I was suppose to get it around the 6-7 but it was and still is extremely light for me. It was brown, but then it became red and only in the early morning the past two days there was an actual flow, but then the rest of the day it was extremely light. I read that implantation occurs 6 days earliest after conception so now I'm really worried it could be implantation bleeding..when could I take a test? i've already taken 3 and they've all been negative. But the only thing thats stopping me from freaking out is that I've been under a lot of stress lately and I started my winter track season just a week before, infact on the 29 the same week my boyfriend and i fooled around, so could this just be stress and exercise too?

I do not want a child at all...so I really hope it's just a light period.
But overall I just need to know when I could take a test. That would be accurate.

PS. I think i've already ovulated because I had white discharge around the time we fooled around and that means I'm NOT ovulating right?

As we've said before, you can test two weeks after you two were last involved. If you do not want children do not put yourself in a situation where it can happen. Ovulation can happen at anytime and each women will not have the same signs so you can't go on symptoms hoping it might already have happened. For example, I've had EWCM for three weeks now which you get when you're most fertile, but I'm not ovulating. Are the odds you're pregnant high? No. But the point is that they do exist and are there, whether he ejaculated or not. Pre-ejaculation will ALWAYS be present when a male is aroused and he will not know when this is secreted. It's similar to the fluids a females body makes when she too is aroused and how that cannot be felt as well.
