TMI but im worried:(

So I'm 34+2 days pregnant and I know my baby's father has been unfaithful he has admitted and we were trying to work it out. I've had regular exams and testing done. Well today I got out the shower and had like a red rash down there. And it was kind of swollen? Itchy and painful at the same time. I looked at it and inside it looked like it was bleeding but wasn't it was like under the skin spots of blood??? I'm so sorry if this is disgusting to some but I'm scared?????

I don't want to scare you more but u should get treatment immediately. Could be just a rash but it could be genital blisters/warts. Di u have any pain ir irritation?

Try not to stress, it could be really bad heat rash, but best to get checked.
