Terrible heartburn! Any suggestions/?s/comments, please!

I've never experienced heartburn like this with my previous pregnancies. It gets so bad sometimes that I almost cry. It, also, often comes with this ridiculous amount of pressure in my chest. And when it comes,  it comes for awhile. In bursts but for awhile at a time (It's literally been happening the whole time I've been writing this and for a few minutes before I started) I've already posted this earlier today, but didn't get a response so am trying again... now it's been an all day thing, not just often, but all day! So painful and uncomfortable!

Anybody else experience this? Is there something I can do? And do I need to worry at all?
Helpful suggestions/comments wanted and welcomed, please and thank you!

It affects everyone a little differently but worth a try.
The brand you want to look for is Bragg .
And shake it up really good before using it every time :)

@alyslp no I have not tried it, I haven't tried anything for fear of heartburn starting up or getting worse. Even drinking water will bring up some heartburn, but I am willing to try it so I don't go everyday with this heartburn. Thank you!

Have you tried Apple cider vinegar?
I mixed about 1-2 tablespoons in Apple juice and drank it and it helped a lot.
Just a thought but you want the organic brand. It has the most active cultures to take care of the acid.
