I am not one to get nauseous over things but all of a sudden I started dry heaving, burping, eating in the mornings and couldn't even stay awake after supper. I usually never eat breakfast and I can't even make myself burp on a good day. It is not in my head, cause I can't get some of these symptoms under control - no matter what I try. It was just weird cause I woke up one day with a bit of spotting (about 10 days before AF was to arrive), had tingley/sore breasts and the next day everything hit me like a truck. AF was a day late and was almost all a brown discharge - which I've never had before. Whether or not I am pregnant is to be determined - although the hpt said negative. If it is an intestine issue - then it is really kicking my A$$. This has been going on for a month now....... HELP!!
Not to be a pain but is that entirely true? I think all woman are different.. I was young so I didn't think it was even possible for some odd reason to get pregnant, my family noticed me and said I was but all I had really was nausea, sore and bigger breasts, and super tired.. Oh also I felt the uncontrollable desire to eat red meat. My mom took me to the doctor, I tested to them negative & my mom insisted they were wrong and they took a closer look and I was 3-4wks along... I didn't even miss a period that I noticed. Idk, I'm also very weird in that dept... I've also had one of those 'in your head pregnancies'. I was so convinced I was I would have bet money, the more I thought I was the more I felt... nope wasn't pregnant. Just a late twisted period.
If your period is a week away, that means that implantation is most likely just now taking place. Most women do not have symptoms until after they know they are pregnant. To have all of that a week after ovulation is not normal. It is probably just in your head. If you think you are pregnant, and really believe it, you can have symptoms. To have cramps, nausea, and heavy and sore boobs before you miss a period is not likely. I think you maybe overreacting. If you are late for your period, keep testing because it is bound to show up. But if you still have a week to go until your period this month, you are not having symptoms unless you are pregnant from last month or something. If every women had all those symptoms before they were even technically pregnant...there would not even be a need for a test! :) Good luck.
Well it is a possiblity that I am pregnant, as I have been like this for a month now. But first test came back negative and the doctor said that it could be my intestines causing all of this.... I just don't know and now have to wait 3 weeks to go back and see the doctor for the results of my blood tests. I guess I will know in a week when AF is supposed to come.
The only reason I am really worried is cause when AF came last month it was 4 days of a brown discharge and only some red at the very end. It was not heavy or anything, just weird - never had that happen before.
if your period is still a week away it my be to early to get a positive i think so should realy test again you sound like its a real posibality good luck
i just went to the doctor on tuesday and she ordered blood tests for me (cause of all the nauseousness, burping, cramping....) but I didn't see the pregnancy one checked off..... I am going to wait to see if AF comes again in about a weeks time and test again.
My best friend to a HPT and it showed Negative and she WAS prego. So You should go to your nearest hospital or health dept. and get a blood test just to make sure... but it could also mean you are about to start your period...period symptoms and prego symptoms are very much alike. I'm going through the same thing...i was spotting yest. and i have never done that b4 my periods b4. so im waiting to see if i start ...trying a HPT then going to the hospital LOL.
