To those with anxiety

So I've been off my anxiety/depression meds since I found out. I have been able to find ways to deal with it without medication. I've been on almost every med there is, there isn't any that would work and be safe to take right now, I've already disscussed it with my dr. I was diagnosed when I was 8 with depression, anxiety, OCD and a panic disorder. My body builds up immunity to medication fast which *****. Anyways today has been bad. I've come close to hyperventalating multiple times and it's difficult to calm myself down. I woke up feeling like this. What are some ways you have found to work to calm yourself down?

I did the whole visualize yourself in a safe place thing, with walks, and baby stuff made me happy. But what I noticed I have been surprisingly happy my whole pregnancy with very few panic attacks, I think my hormones in my brain leveled out from being pregnant.
