Twins maybe?

So im just a week under 3 months but when i look up pictures of three month pregnancy i feel huge besise them. Like im 4month maye a little more. I had my first ultrasound at 9 weeks and saw my little bud which really looked like a blob at the time and also saw the little heartbeat and his or her little to be legs eiggle around. But is it possible either they have my due date wrong abd im actually 4months pregnant? Or could it be twins? Im not sure how soon you can tell if there is two in there. In my family we only have two srts of twins and they are my great grandmas and my mom's cousins.

I thought the same thing haha. I'm already starting to show and I'm 12 weeks... Not a massive bump, but you can obviously tell something is there. My baby is also a lot bigger than the doctor expected too. She said its perfectly healthy just growing super fast. That could be you too!

And fundal height is measured from your pubic bone to top of your uterus. It gives the doctor an idea of how far along you are. It wont be measured until after 12 weeks when the uterus can be felt above the pelvis. Don't be surprised if this is your second kid and you measure slightly big (1-2) centimeters larger. The uterus expands more rapidly with more pregnancies.

After your first pregnancy you show faster with each one. For example, with my first I didn't show until 25 weeks. Second 16 weeks. Third 12 weeks. Fourth, I was sporting a belly and maternity jeans at 8 weeks.

What is the fundal height?

Chances are your doctor would have seen a second baby at your first ultrasound, however when I was 10 weeks I got an ultrasound that showed one baby, and then to my surprise at my midpregnancy ultrasound there was two! Ask your dr to check your fundal height, if there is a very large difference, multiples could be a possibility.  My fundal height hit 40 cm just recently at 28 weeks.

Thanks :) im guessing the next ultrasound that ill get wont be before like 20 weeks so i was a little curious. Im trying not to gain to much weight right now as ive br told that its much harder to deliver if u gain too much and a lot harder to lose it after the baby comes. I get to see my dr this friday so ill now if im on the spot or too much

You may just show sooner than others. I'm 26 weeks and look about 3-4 months, just depends on your body, placenta, etc. If you were having twins chances are, they would have seen it by now and they dated your pregnancy by the ultrasound so that is the most accurate way to do so.

I found out I was having twins at 7 wks prego.  And if I have twins instead of looking a month ahead ull look about three months ahead.  I am 6 months today and look like I am ready to have a singleton baby any day
