It doesn't matter if the husband is a twin, you need to drop two eggs for them to be fertilized. Everything depends and is passed on through the female. Mother to daughter all female lineage.
Since you are a twin, there is a good chance you might hyperovulate which means produce two eggs a month which if fertilized you are the mommy of twins.
I had a 9% chance of becoming pregnant and am pregnant, without IVF, with twins.

No twins on my mother's side.

The ultrasound was done on my 3rd day of my cycle.  Whould that make it visible on an ultrasound?  My doctor showed me big spot on the screen on my left side.  After reading up on endo, it does sound like everything I have been going through, Severe pain pain, constapation with severe pain, and Im very tender on my left side.

Hi!
I have to admit that I don't know the exact odds for that.  Your chances are quite a bit higher than average though, because fraternal (not identical interestingly) twins ARE hereditary.  At least if you do have twins, you'll have a better idea of how to handle it than most people do!

Good luck!
