If you're eating regularly and healthy,  you should be fine.  I'm 27 weeks and I've only gained 5 pounds altogether.  My doctor says I'm fine and my baby is right where she needs to be.  I'm guessing all the weight will be showing up soon in this last trimester :p

I'm almost 19 weeks and just barely am back to what I was from losing 10 pounds in my first trimester. Doctor is pretty worried but eating is really hard when I'm so sick all the time ):

Eat six small meals a day and several snacks, make sure you drink a ton of water as well, and that you take daily prenatal vitamins, too.

Yes---and at my 18th week scan it was determined my baby girl was in the 18th percentile for her size, likely due to me not putting on any lasting weight. Please, start eating heavily but healthy. Your doctor may not be concerned but you should be, your child could possibly be suffering from the lack of nutrition.
