What's this a indication of?? labor? dialting? braxton hicks?

Ok Im 39w n im 2cm dialting from what I find out from my last doctors app.This morning i have been getting menstrual like cramps,they r not painful but actually feel like im about to come on my period, i don't know what braxton hicks feel like i probably have had them but i don't really know what they feel like. What is this a indication of??

Braxton hicks contractions are contractions that do not actually cause dilation of the cervix. Most often they feel like tightening, and a lot of women feel like the baby is curling up in a ball as their stomach is really hard.
Menstrual-like cramps could be a sign of very early labor. If you don't know if you are in labor, you are not--true labor is almost always UNMISTAKABLE (unfortunately).

It sounds like braxton Hicks to me and ur 39wks n dialated.I have 5 I shud kno or ur about to go into labor in few days.But b happy ur bout to c ur little beautiful bundle of joy so congratulations! !God is givin u sumthin special good luck!!!
