Woke up to cramps and a lump in my stomach

I am 6wks6days and woke up at 4 this morning to a sharp, sharp pain that turned into cramps and felt my stomach buldging out a little bit in one area. I ran my hand down my lower abdomen and felt a very hard lump in the middle of my lower abdomen a little bit under my belly button and it got sharper and sharper. It wasn't a gas bubble, what would it have been?

It just feels like it's constantly there, then goes away for a few minutes then comes back. I had an ultrasound at 5weeks 5days haven't been scheduled for another one yet. I have noticed tonight though that my lower back is hurting so bad. No bleeding though.

Are you still in pain? Is there any blood, even spotting? Have you had an ultrasound? It could be a couple different things, it could just be your uterus stretching, or it could be something worse. If the pain has gone and not come back it's just stretching.
