Worried

I'm 10wks pregnant with my first child and I've had the breast tenderness(which has gone away now) a few food cravings but that's about it. I haven't thrown up at all and I don't even feel pregnant besides my extreme tiredness. Is this normal?? I went to the doctor when I was 8wks to confirm my pregnancy but the doctor didn't do an ultrasound so I wasnt able to hear my baby's heartbeat. I'm not scheduled to go back to the doctor until the 21st and I'm becoming extremlely anxious. Should I be worried or am I overreacting?

Hi!
If you were my patient I would reassure you that many women don't even figure out that they are pregnant until the baby starts kicking.  I would want to do an ultrasound though, if for no other reason that for reassurance for both mom and doctor.
Good luck!

I'm sure everything is okay. I had no symptoms with my first two pregnancies. As long as you aren't cramping and bleeding I wouldn't worry.

Your overreacting , everything should be fine . just wait until your next appointment . thats my opinion . im also pregnant , 8 weeks with my first baby . i have an appointment on the 13 . i havent thrown up , just a little lightheaded , and the usual pregnancy symptoms . but every woman is different
hope this helps ,but for peace of mind you can call your doctor or something (:
