Haha awe. Yeah I am only 14 weeks and weigh 123. I take my workouts pretty hard which prob isn't good.
She didnt specify a reason or an alternative though. Maybe someone else here has a better explanation? At this point im 26 weeks and theres NO WAY possible id even be able to try. But i wanted to keep my normal workout routine in the beginning, which was very light. But little man is already almost too big for my body
Damn. I workout a lot just happened to almost get peer pressured into an ab class, but I didn't wanna cause any pain for the baby.
I was told no by my doctor. :/
