Did you call the doc and ask? Mine suggested half a unisom and b6. It might depend on the Dr. I drink ginger ale and eat before I'm nauseas if I can. Some days are better than others. I also find the more sleep I get the better I feel.
Try to always keep somerhing in your stomach. That's the only thing that seems to work for me.
Stay hydrated! Drink water even if you throw it back up, sip it and rest
Most woman stop around 13 weeks but if not it's okay it's normal I know it ***** just look at the silver lining you want gain a lot of baby weight just make sure you take your vitamins
Ginger Ale may help settle your stomach. Eating bland things like bananas, toast, applesauce ect. Cold things work really well for me. Or mint gum or anything minty. If it gets really bad your doctor can prescribe some nausea meds. Feel better momma (:
