One was tilting ur head up to the ceiling and puckering ur lips to make ur neck n chin tight and holding it there for ten seconds. Another was to hold ur neck straight and pull ur bottom lip down kinda like ur frowning. Basically I'm setting hold ur neck straight and do whatever u can to make those muscles and areas tighten up n hold it. Do reps

It gets worse when u hit ur last trimester i suggest do squats while u can
