Can you refrigarete the milk again that it was on the frige a couple of hours ago and you gave it yo your baby but he left some can you refrigatate again or it needs yo be throwed away

You are definitely correct in your heating method! :-) never microwave breast milk changes the structure of it etc. Personally I think I wouldn't return to fridge but keep it up to maybe 3 hours if baby doesn't drink it then get rid of it.

I read that you can if it's the same day. But don't give her the same milk tomorrow. But most people say its best to throw it out due to bacteria

I put the bottle of milk in a cup of hot water to warm the milk

Did you heat it up? I was told you can't reuse breast milk or formula after its already heated.

Geez I can't remember hun :-( I want to say no but not sure. Ik it can sit out for 4-6 hrs at room temp and be refrigerated for I think up to 5 days? Im going to have to refresh on all this haha
