My last menstrual was on Feb.22 -27and it usually comes on the same date everytime on march 13-15 I spotted very lightly and in April the spotting only lasted a day and 1/2 could o be pregnant with a period

If you were my patient, I would advise you to do a pregnancy test. Any time there is irregular bleeding I make that recommendation. It is not unusual to have bleeding early in pregnancy, to it needs to be excluded.
