anxiety/panick attacks
I'm 26 weeks last night I had trouble sleeping due to anxiety attacks. Has anyone else felt this during their pregnancy?
Im 22 weeks and I got my first panic attack at about 15 weeks and have had a few since. I get really short of breath and my heart starts racing and freak out, dont understand why its started happening tho x
Before I got pregnant I had anxiety but as soon as I got pregnant, it seemed to have spiked it and now it's at it's worst. I really don't have trouble sleeping but rather staying asleep. I remember waking up with my heart pounding and feeling so anxious. :/ Such an ugly feeling.
