Lets hope for the best for both of us. :)
No my dr didnt suggest anything because he sent me to get monitored and the nurse is the one that seen that my baby was in breech position when she performed the ultra sound and she just told me to drink lots of water so the baby has more fluid to be able to turn.,i hope thats my case where she just decides to turn last minute and i wont have to have a c section just because i would really prefer to have her naturally.,yeah doctor had told me around 30 weeks that he was pretty sure she was head down, i guess she decided to sit down..im hoping for the best whatever that may be
My mom went through that up until labor and the nurse had to put her on her knees and elbows and massaged her lower back. She said It was kind of painful but it worked. And she didn't need a c section!
I hope she turns im.hoping my daughter will turn head down as well :' im 2 days away from being 37weeks and shes still across my hips in whats called the transverse position :'
That happened to my Mom.. She went to one of the last check ups and they told her the boy is sitting ! Omg she was so worried specially since she had already gotten a c-section w/ my little brother. But it turns out she prayed and massaged her belly every night :) next apt the baby was normal but her diabetes during pregnancy and her Bp was high caused a c-section on the same spot. Which if the baby is sitting they do it vertical and a different spot. Don't worry the baby has almost 3 weeks to turn. so it can happen last minute. Plus some baby's are head down most of the pregnancy and they sit at the last minute..lol idk why I guess they get tired. Poor babies. Well good luck and have faith:)
My situation is exactly like urs. Had an ultrasound 15days ago where baby was in breech position. Had another ultrasound yesterday where baby is still in breech. I m 36w2days. Dr will again perform an ulteasound next week. If the baby is still in breech she will schedule a c-section for its next week when i m apprix 38 weeks.
Did ur dr suggested anything as homework to help in making baby change its position. I also dont want to go for c section but rest its all upto god. He must have descided what is good for us. Hope for the best. :)
Yeahh ive been drinkin water like crazy trying to keep my fluids up and im stayin as positive as i can(: there isnt anything i want more for my baby girl just to get put for labor.,
Lets stay positive :) hope she turns and gets ready for labor.
Good luck! Make sure to keep hydrated so that you have enough fluid keep us updated!
I know ive heard about that i told my mother in law and she said it might be too late for that but ima see when i go bak on friday.,
The doctor could actually try to manually turn her to maybe you should ask about that... ive seen it done before.. just a thought.
Im trying to just stay relaxed.,stress free they are going to check again on friday so lets see if she has turned a bit..
Hey if it means anything the doctor even said my son had a huge head thats why he got stuck! Dont worry yourself so much the baby sences that and wont flip back down... i was told when the mother stresses it makes the baby not want to come out so relax everything will turn out for the best!
Yeahh and especially im so close to my due date.,and yu were 34 weeks and yur baby didnt turn i cant imagine mine turning now.,ughh now im getting scared i dont want to be but my nerves are kickin in..
I actually went threw the same thing with my son he turned breech when i was 34 weeks and actually couldnt turn back around because his head got stuck in my rib cage... i tried just about everything i could find but nothing worked for me.... he was sapposed to be a v-back but he ended being a c section... i hope your baby girl turns but if not hey a c section isnt to bad i have had 2! Hope this helps a little bit!
thank yu for easing my mind a bit.,i mean just the fact of my vag not having to rip, i culdnt see anything positive of having a c section.,i just need to relax and hope for the best(:
I had an emergency section 3 yes ago and set for second June 10. I was didn't want one at all with my first and was so scared that if I did have to have one I wouldn't be able to do anything. My pelvis was to narrow for me to have her so I needed a csection cause it was effecting her heart and my blood pressure. The surgery was a breeze and recovery was a lot easier than I thought. If you do have one walk as soon and as much as possible. You won't want to because you're abs will hurt (like you did an intense about wkout, not excruciating pain by any means its managable just keep walking and keep up on meds) anyway I was at the mall for lunch with my aunt and Mon a little over a week later. No worries you still have time for babe to move but if you need a csection its not that bad. Just enjoy the moment and don't stress. (Hugs)
Yeahh i mean no matter what it takes all i want is for my baby girl to be out safely and if it means a c section then thats what it has to be.,just thats the only thing that was getting me scared.,the pain of afterwards abd the healing process..i wanted to be strong as soon as my baby was out now i feel if i do end up having a c section i wont be able to do as much as i wanted to right away..
I hope so too mama....But if worse comes to worst a C-section it is. Some women I have seen tend to prefer it. Why, Im not sure, but their are women out there who swear by it. Im nervous that my boy will be so big that I wont be able to push him out and will have to have a C-section....
Yeahh ive been lookin up videos on youtube for exercises.,just hope she turns :O
Yess i found out yesterday in an ultra sound because i had a non stress test for having my blood pressure kinda high all thru out pregnancy but they monitored me and they said everything was fine.,blood pressure was good but once they gave me the ultra sound she told me my baby girls head is right by my left rib and butt is way at the botttom., and like i said my fluid is borderline so it doesnt give her that much space to move
I briefly saw something on youtube about certain things you can do for breeched babes...look em up and ask doc!!!
I sure hope so.,plus the nurse said my amniotic fluid is border line.,im trying to over load myself in water..
Did u find out via ultrasound?? I'm not sure hunny, but hopefully someone who has been through it will see it and comment. Im not sure when exactly they turn and stay put.
