Anybody getting on birth control after their baby? What kind are you choosing? I'm thinking about the shot

I would not go with merina iud it is horrible dr.s deny any of the side affects I had were due to my iud but as soon as I got it out everything stopped and 15 days later got pregnant with my baby boy I am now 17 weeks. The iud made sex painful I had 2 periods some months and would cramp like crazy all month long and some months I wouldn't have a period at all I hated the iud!!!

lutera, it's a pill same thing I was on before we decided to get pregnant. I loved it. I never got any side effects from it and my periods were almost non-existent.

The implanon goes in your arm lasts 3 years and is great I personally think. I've had it 2 separate times and never had any problems. The first time I got it I didn't get a period for 6 months and it was light from then on. The only issue I had was when I was ready to fall pregnant it took about 7-9 months after removing it. Oh and I didn't break put except for a few pimples just before a period and I didn't gain weight or anything (:

Loestrin 24 is a birth control pill.
I always set alarms on my phone to remember to take it.

But I really liked it. My periods were lighter.
And I havnt heard of it causing any issues like a lot of the ones they recall on tv.

I am also trying to figure out which is the best one. I don't want the depo definitely. I rather not have the pill because Im worried I'll forget. And I was thinking about the 5yr iud but then I heard many bad things about it. So now I'm back at square one ;( what is the implant? And also what is the loestrin 24??

I'm def getting birth control afterwords, I'm not getting any type if iud and ill never get the shot!

I'm.think.of the birth control I used a couple years ago called loestrin 24. I liked it I didn't gain weight or breske out.

All of my friends and doctors have recommended against the shot since it has so many side effects and is irreversible. They have tried to get me on the implant, but that just isn't for me.
