Steel cut oats. Like 2-3 bowls a day. Plus pump every 2 hours. And for 5 min after your milk stops. You should have 2-3 let downs per pumping session. Don't stop after only 1. Lots of water of course and keep your calories up.

Rolled oats. Flaxseed. Brewers yeast. Go online and look up lactation cookie and smoothie recipes. Also join a breastfeeding group on Facebook if you have one and they can help you out more ;)
