Some women's milk comes in earlier than others, mine only took a day to come in. I'm also leaking colostrum, it started about 15w, I'm now 21+5, and stilllll leaking it, haha. Highly doubt it will stop, but hoping my milk comes in just as soon this time!

Also, breast pads are really waaay more beneficial after baby comes. Even if you're feeding often, a trip to the grocery store or a dinner out can quickly be ruined by a soaked shirt. When I was nursing my first, I was on a ferry to Seattle with my husband, daughter, and brother in law when my brother in law mistakingly told me I'd spilled something on my shirt. Also, I woke up numerous times soaked in milk because my gal had slept longer than we planned and I became engorged in my sleep. I've had no leaking and I'm having my baby Friday but will be picking up pads tomorrow.

It's not milk they leak it's called colostrum. It's a pre-milk substance you get before your milk comes in and it is super good for the baby. It usually takes 3 days for your milk to come in after birth.
