How to increase milk supply? One breast isn't producing milk anymore, what should I do?

I don't know about the fenugreek, but I do know my supply drops when right before my period when I'm pmsing. So keep an eye out for that, because if that's it itll pick up right after your period starts. Though maybe you should call a lactation specialist

It has only been two days. When I pump only a few drops come out. I drink at least three 32 oz of water a day. I will try the fenugreek, does it come in gummies or liquid?

When I was having trouble producing after my first had an NICU stay, my OB told me to get fenugreek. It smells but it did help a little and you can pick it up at pharmacies and such near the vitamins.

Lots of water drink like you did in your last trimester oatmeal helps and lactating pills if you need them pump even if milk isn't coming out pump for at least 15 min on high every hour and that should help you I'd use the pills as a last result though goodluck

Just keep trying baby on that breast and try pumping after/in-between feedings. How long has the boob not produced milk/ your supply felt low?
