breastfeeding opinions

I plan on breastfeeding/pumping for 6 months, maybe longer but I was told I could freeze breast milk in certain bottles, my question is how long can breast milk still be good frozen

Five hours on the counter five days in the fridge or five months in the freezer

I always microwaved a mug of water and then put the bag inside to thaw or you can thaw in the fridge but be careful of leaks.

What's the best way to thaw it out I heard you should never microwave it cuz it takes all the good stuff out somehow.?

Also store 2bd in the back of the freezer not the door

I got freezer bags that were meant for breastfeeding. The recommended amount of time is 6 months but if it goes straight from breast to bag to freezer than it'll actually last a year.

If it's frozen I beleive it's two or three months. You can find charts online or through wic. I used little baggies. I would then put it simmering water of neteded.

Frozen milk lasts a long time, like 6 months.  Try looking online.  You can get more info about how long milk lasts depending on how you store it.
