My breasts never enlarged too much during pregnancy. I was an a to start and barely a b by the end, but nursing has nothing to do with breast size. I nursed my first for 8 months and my second for 4. Your breasts will look like you had implants when your milk first cones in until you get a good balance of supply and demand from your baby, then they will go back down a li'l and 'deflate' after you nurse and 'inflate' when its time to feed baby again. I went back to an a cup even before I was done nursing.

Honestly don't be worried at all, my cousin literally was flat chested, completely, and breastfed her daughter til a year. My boobs went from a D to DD, and I'm almost out of DD now.

That has nothing to do. I had the same problem when I was pregnant and thought the same thing. And I'm currently Breastfeeding and my boobs got bigger :)

very few women can truly not breastfeed and as ktown has said breast size has nothing to do with your ability to feed. The most important thing for successful b/feeding is getting baby latched on correctly, breastfeeding as often as baby wants ( demand feeding) and drinking plenty of water

That has nothing to do with if you'll be able to breastfeed, your milk won't come in for 3-4 days after you give birth, and you may not leak at all during pregnancy either, breast heaviness, fullness, size, etc. have nothing to do with it. My doctor told me it's very rare for a women to not be able to breastfeed or not get milk so I wouldn't worry about it! :)
