Is it ok to drink diest soda or drinks w caffeine in them during pregnancy? Will it effect the baby is any way?
Yes. I love soda. Drinking mostly water is killing me. I found that orange crush is caffiene free. And lucky me all I want is orange soda. Lol.
I LOVE diet coke, since i found out I am pregnant I have been drinking a sprite only with my meals really. It has no caffeine and no artificial sweetener (not all are bad I just have no idea which ones are). Sometimes you just need the bubbles!
your aloud to have some caffeine, just not all you drink. a pop here or there or a coffee isnt going to hurt. as long as its not all day everyday. :)
