Get the ovia pregnancy app. It has almost every food out there, you toe it in and it will tell you if it's ok or not. It also has the same for medications

I only said hot dogs and sandwich meat because kinda common sense to heat up steak, pork, hamburgers etc..

All meat needs to be heated, no soft cheeses like bleu, queso fresco stuff like that, no shellfish, shark, and some other types should be avoided and the other fish you can only have a certain amount a week (personally I feel safer just avoiding seafood all together with my pregnancies), no organic mayo or dairy products, any dairy product should be made with pasteurized milk, I also read papaya should be avoided there's a chemical in it not recommended for pregnancy

It's not recommended you eat raw or undercooked meats/fish. I know I had some sushi today but only with salmon and crab. I am 5 weeks pregnant.
