college and pregnant

I still have 2 more years left in college and I am going to be pregnant through the fall .. I am debating whether I should continue going to class or switch to online classes ( because my college offers an online program) ... Any body else have the same situation or any suggestions?

Im not In school.at tge moment but my sister got pregnant right before our 2nd year in college with her first baby and just kept her instructors informed. Most were understanding, would email her assignments if she missed a class, and she had a classmate  take notes to copy for her if she missed. Think only one professor wouldnt give her the final early but she did eventually figure out hot to get 3 hrs away from the newborn to finish it. She actually got pregnant again 4/5 months after her first wss born but still kept with classroom classes. She actually graduates this fall and she couldnt be prouder of herself. So its possible to stay in a classroom if you prefer. I wasnt pregnant but I have tried online classes before and I actually found them to be MUCH more difficult... Just look over ur options and go from there.

That's a tough call because distant learning is hard for me... Actually it just didn't work, at all LOL. I'm due before the end of my fall semester and am a single parent with one at home. My plan is to enroll (which I've already done) and email my instructors to give the heads up. Most will be understanding and worse case senario you get an I. Some have set up a finish early system, some said we can cross that bridge when we come to it but all have said Congrats!! Life happens, I'm sure they can relate to that. Good luck!!

I took online classes during the semesters my two kids were born. I loved the online classes, but they definitely aren't for everyone. I found them to be easier, yet I did not feel like I got as much out of the class then I would have if I were at the school.

Im in the same situation..i have two semesters left bt my baby is due in july, right b4 the fall semester starts so i just enrolled n online classes..never took an online class b4 so hopefully it works out..gud luck to you!

I'm expecting my second  and take online classes and love it. You need to be self motivated though. It's NOT easier.

I'm in the exact same situation, I'm going to do a bunch online classes for the fall since my baby is due in October.
