Could be a few things. I would make an appointment with your GYN doctor or your family doctor. They may want to do other blood work to check your hormone levels and your thyroid. Are you under a lot of stress right now, lose/gain weight, or start an exercise program recently? Those are also all reasons that your period may be a no show. the blood work is definitely a sure way to detect pregnancy ..maybe you can approach your RE and do a more comprehensive blood work to check for other hormone levels..and see if everything is in the normal range.

There could be so many different factors to missing a period and pregnancy is only one of them. Like jrobertson20 said you should contact your obgyn and see what they can do to see what is causing you to miss.
