could i be pregnant?

I got married Oct 18th and have been taking Loestrin for the past few months but recently I've been moody, tired all the time, getting heartburn (which I've never had before), and yesterday I got very bad cramps and was bleeding, today I've had cramps off and on and have been spotting most of the day. I have 4 more pills to take before I have my period and the home pregnancy test I took today was negative. I just can't help but feel that I may be pregnant...

BTW you live like right next to me. :)

I don't think I've ever seen anyone else from Utah County on here.

Well you could wait four more days and re-test. It's quite possible to be pregnant if you weren't using any other form of birth control (like condoms). Good luck!!!

Wait a week after your period is due and retest since it would be completely accurate by then. Other then that all I can say is you know your body better then anyone and if you feel different then it is possible. But, all the symptoms you said could be from numerous things PMS and birth control included. Also bleeding and cramps wouldn't be a very good sign of a healthy pregnancy if you were indeed pregnant. Sounds to me that your period could of just come early.
