cramping in early pregnancy

im 19 and this is my first baby.. i took 3 home tests and they all said yes i went to er because i have been cramping.. the doctors took tests and found out my BHCG level is 425 they said i was around 10 to 14 days pregnant.. and it showed on the home tests!! im still cramping , the doctors said to relax if im not bleeding.. they said they found blood in my urine.. so should i be worried? is it normal to cramp?

Completely normal to be cramping. in early pregnancy, I cramped with both of mine..thinking my period was coming......

As long as you are not bleeding..a.ll should be fine.

Congrats on your BFP! Its totally normal to cramp especially that its your first pregnancy. No heavy lifting and just like newmommie312 said, just relax.

yeah its very normal i cramped for the first two months of my pregnancy its not a big deal. But you do need to relax if you dont you could miscarry or the baby could have birth defects. Good luck and remember stress free just relax
