I used to get crampy earlier in my pregnancy when I was dehydrated. Keep drinking your water, hopefully that will help.

I am 12 weeks and I have been crampy to. Just had a apt last week and my Dr wasn't concerned.  I have not been regular lately and been pretty gassy. But since I have no bleeding she is not worried

Have you had a bowel movement lately? I have this problem all the time where I get severe cramps in my lower abdomen like menstrual cramps but its cuz I haven't been able to go for a few days. Try a warm bath and maybe track bm to make sure they r regular. I know it sounds goofy but I ended up in er a few years back cuz it was so bad. Drink lots of water but still go see dr. Cramping is normal during pregnancy tho. Most of it is your body just stretching out from a growing uterus.

as long as you dont see no blood then i would not worry too much because its just your legiments stretching out more because the baby is getting bigger. but you can take tylenol for the pain and take a warm bath if your doctor has not told you, you cant. and if that dont help then i would go into the ER if it does get worse.
