cramps

Im 9 weeks pregnant now, and i'm a little scared. I experience these heavy cramps like the same sort when i'm getting my period. Is it normal you get this once in  a while? There is no blood or something

I'm 24 weeks and still get the cramping, even more so now that he's really growing and there's starting to be less room for everything else. I find if I drink some more water and lay on my left side I usually feel better after about 10-20 minutes. Just as long as there's no blood, and it's not too serious of pain where you like can't move I wouldn't get too worried alot of it is your uterus growing and contracting is what my doctor told me. And also feel like I'm bloating a ton and have to do a bowel movement but most the time I don't have to. The joys of pregnancy lol

I'm 9 weeks as well! I've had the same pain and saw my doctor. Does it feel like you really need to make a bowel movement? Kind of like you're backed up? My cramps were so bad it got to the point where I would start sweating and even get a little dizzy. My doc said this early, it's common constipation. He said to take a stool softener and it should help pass the bowel movement and get rid of the cramps. Congratulations btw!(:
