I am expecting and this is my second baby and my doctor is saying he will operate in my 37week...
Can you help me that is it safe to give birth to a baby before 40weeks ???

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that anytime a baby is delivered before 39 weeks, it is strongly recommended that the doctor do an amniocentesis to check for fetal lung maturity.  If the baby's lungs are ready--it can be safe to deliver the baby.  Your doctor probably has a strong reason to take the baby early--be certain to ask him/her what that reason is before you agree.

I have had 3 kids and none of them lasted to 40 weeks I had my first one at 38 and the other 2 at 37 weeks and they are just fine. There was no helping them they just came on their own that early. However the longer they are in there the better.  I think when you are going to have assistance (doctor help) you should have a say. tell them your exited for the baby but see if you can change the date till your farther along if that will help.   Hope this helps
