I dealt with depression and bad mood swings my whole pregnancy. It's so normal. I didn't take anything for it I just tried to talk to my family and friends about it. The best thing to do it just keep your mind busy. Like plan your baby shower, design your baby's room stuff like that. It's such a hard time but once you hit 30 weeks I promise you it will fly by! You will get through it just fine :)

I have been dealing with depression throughout my pregnancy as well. I refuse to go on medication because I had a family member try to commit suicide last year due to their depression medication so I've been really having a rough time but my boyfriend helps a lot by just talking me through how I'm feeling and trying to find things to help cheer me up even though its hard. You're not alone! Its definitely tough. My little baby boy is the only thing that keeps me going some days. I gotta stay strong for him and I have to be healthy for him even if I don't feel like eating or getting out of bed
