doctor appt at four weeks

Had my first doctor appointment today to confirm pregnancy ultrasound and blood work in two weeks but I voiced my concerns about cramping and the doctor seemed disturbed about it should I be worried everyone else has said its normal so why would the doctor worry

I cramped like ny period was gonna come for two weeks before I took a test

There's no blood its pretty mild just like period pains but every now and then I get a pretty strong pain but he was on ob/gyn

I cramped(menstrual like) from 5 weeks until about 13. It is fairly normal unless it's accompanied with blood/abnormal discharge.

Was he a general doctor? Seems to me that's how general doctors react to pregnancy questions cos they don't know any different. It depends on the intensity and frequency of the pain. With ligament pain its for a few seconds that takes your breath away and usually when you have just moved quickly. Its gone then until you move too quickly again. If its frequent regardless of moving and there is any blood then its time to talk to the doctor. Good luck and try to relax. Stressing will not help at all x
