Another common name is PUPPS, its horrible I have it as well. Online there's tons of women who recommend 'grandpas pine tar soap', they say it works wonders. I tried coconut oil with no luck. Its taken over my skin, just hoping the soap stuff works. My drs only suggestion is if it gets too unbearable, we'll induce.

Tell your midwife so she can check it out, it's very annoying and it's better to have OC ruled out. I've used coconut oil on my hair and for cooking though haven't tried it on the itchy bits! I'll have to get on that!

How many weeks are you?  I'm having this problem. I was diagnosed with PEP in my last pregnancy on my stomach and this pregnancy is worse as it's not just on stomach this time. I've woke up with scrab marks down my face from itching in my sleep and I've got blood blisters all over my chest from scratching.

It's horrible isn't it?  Mention it to your midwife next time as some women in last trimester develop obstetric cholestasis which causes severe itching and needs to be monitored.
