early symptoms of pregnancy?

So I had unprotected sex last saturday and took the morning after pill (1st time) 10 hours after that. Have experienced symptoms for almost 6 days now:
-tired
-nausea
-backache
-feeling hungry all the time
-abdominal pain
I though at first these were the side effects of the pill but it's been almost a week...is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms 6 days after having sex??

But I also have experienced these symptoms for a while before the unprotected sex:
-always thirsty and dry lips
-abdominal pain
-feeling dizzy and tired
-feeling hungry and need to eat sweet things like chocolate for ex.
All I know is all these symptoms are confusing me, i don't knwo whehter it could still be from the morngin after pill or PMS ( my period is due in a week)?

I am going to take a pregnancy test next week so don't tell me to take one as I'm already planning to do that.
I just want to know if if anyone has experienced any of these symptoms, please let me know...

So It was a sign that my period was on my way. I was not expecting it until next week but I took the mornign after pill and it kinda messes with your periods. The symptoms are almost all gone exept the back pain is still there but I am relieved that my periods came, which is quite a good sign for me even though I'll take the pregancy test to be sure that i'm not pregnant.

No its not possible to experience pregnancy symptoms 6 days after intercourse.implantation usually occurs 6-10 days after ovulation, but this isnt felt.its possible its a sign your period is on the way,as symptoms mimic both pregnancy and arrival of your cycle.
