ectopic pregnancy??

ok so to start with i missed my period this month, i took 2 pregnancy test that both came up negative, and i have pain in my pelvis. the pain came when i tried to have sex with my husband on Saturday, and it just comes and goes. last night i started to feel really hot and tired. today i'm hot still, kinda dizzy i have pain in my lower back around my kidneys, and in my neck and shoulders. i have a bad headache that is in my lower back of my head by my thyroid. i talked to my mom and she said it could be an ectopic pregnancy.

i'm just looking for an informed answear to this before i make up my mind of going to the hospital. i live in italy right now and don't have a obgyn set up yet. somebody if you can tell me something more about what this could be! please.

First of all good luck to you and hope to god it's not an ectopic.
I would go to the doctors asap. When I had my ectopic I was bleeding just like a normal period but for about 3 months straight.

I found out I was having an ectopic at about 4 weeks and I got those methotrexate shot they don't work for everybody :( my tube rupsured.

Well, they only remove a tube if  it gets damaged.  If they catch an ectopic early enough your tube/s can be saved.  I found out at 6.5 weeks that I had a tubal and I was treated with 2 methotrexate shots and I still have both tubes.

thanks both of you. i just found a doctor so i have to call today. and i had no idea that they had to remove the tube!! i just though they take away the fetus. oh well thanks again. :)

I had an ectopic in 06'.  I started taking pregnancy test when I was about 5 days late.  I got positives, but they were very faint.  As I took them they kept getting darker.  I made an appt with my doc to see me early because I had a previous m/c and I had been having some cramping and RT shoulder pain. If they catch an ectopic pregnancy early they can treat the tubal with a methotrexate shot instead of having to remove a tube.  If you are worried I would call your doc just to make sure. Do you have any bleeding? I too thought I was having a ectopic pregnancy but what I experienced was bleeding on and off, cramping, back pain, headache. I would certainly get looked at. You don't want that to burst.
