During the first trimester you can do anything you did before you were pregnant. 2nd trimester you can do almost everything the same just lighten the load and if you feel really tired or like you just did way to much then do less. 3rd trimester again just lighten the load you will be able to tell how much is too much
Just stay away from crunches and stuff like that anything else is safe!
Yes you can. And it really depends on what kind of exercise you did not pregnant. Talk to your doctor about what she thinks! I just go for a ton of walks with my puppy but it is very good yo exercise. It will make delivery easier!
Walk, light jogging, dance. Nothing that exerts you if you feel weak or tired stop don't push yourself
