I walk 2 miles a day or so. there is also some good pregnancy vids on youtube.
I can not wait to get back to my yoga class!!!! At first I was scared to go, thinking it was too early. The instructor said the earliness of the pregnancy is fine, but its currently too hot and that I dont want to build too much internal heat. Id say get to a yoga class. Im a first time mom, so I dont know much, but im hoping staying active will help with labor & post pregnancy body. Its important to have an instructor though, unless youre already experienced in yoga. The one I see is great with modifications, direction and guidance during the yoga session. Otherwise, you might move or position yourself in a potentially harmful way. Swimming and walking are also supposed to be good pregnany exercises.
I usually look up youtube videos on prenatal cardio, yoga, etc. They have a big variety of videos with pregnant instructors showing you how to do the workouts and you just follow along with them just like any other workout videos. Best of luck to you!
